Welcome! I’m Lily, the creator of Moving with the Moon.
With over six years of experience teaching yoga, and a deep personal desire to learn more about the benefits of mindfulness. I combined my first love of yoga with my second love of astrology, to create this guide through the phases of the moon . My approach is rooted in exploring the natural rhythms of the moon, to deepen our connection to self and the universe.
Join me as we move with intention, reflect with purpose, and embrace the wisdom of one of life’s most sacred cycles.

As the moon’s light begins to grow as does our energy. Join along with a blossoming and renewing meditation and yoga flow.

The moon reaches it’s peak once again, so let’s create space with a strong and stretchy yoga practise and a meditation centred in letting go.

All practises are designed to be accessible to all levels of yoga. However it’s important you use your own discretion, modify where you need to and follow your own energy
Practises range from 10 minutes to 45 minutes long.
